What changes the price
Email or postal. LeadsPlease charges $299.75 for 500 business email records and $124.95 for 500 business postal records.
Volume. Per-record prices fall with size. BookYourData's USA dentists email list costs $699 for 10,000 records ($69.90 per 1,000) and $2,699 for all 97,479 ($27.69 per 1,000).
Updates. CarePrecise sells its Complete provider file for $669 once, $1,769 for a year of quarterly updates and $3,799 for a year of monthly updates.
Coverage. A list is only as complete as its source. The September 2026 NPPES file has 275,976 dentists; BookYourData's full dentist email list has 97,479 records, and LeadsPlease states 311,465+ dentist contacts. Check a vendor's count against the dentist count or the other counts before you buy.
Healthcare vs other licences. For doctors, dentists and other NPI holders the full CMS NPPES file is free. Real-estate, insurance and engineering licences come from state boards, one state at a time.
